leather seats

about how much does it cost to go from cloth seats to leather seats in an h1?
like in an 01 or 02?
any details would be appreciated.

no idea. but I have seen some for sale on e-bay for a few hundred bucks.

About a grand for new covers. As groundhawg said they go on ebay for alot less.

I had a look through some documents that were sent to me from the service department of my H1's previouse owner. He paid 15k to have the 2 rear passenger seats heated. (he could have bought hell of a lot of blankets instead)

quick q.....when i see leather seats in a hummer that doesnt originally have leather seats, are they more often than not leather covers?

i cant see spending more than a few hundred bucks, say around 500 bucks for heated seats. its no different installing aftermarket heated seats in an h1 than any other car.

If he'd spent half as much on maintanance I wouldnt be havin so many frigin problems with the thing.(or my wife)

Just go to a local shop in a small town that does apolstry or furniture. Ask how much they would charge to make some covers....
