Okay - here's a challenge. Who can take a pic of their dash showing speed and AVG Fuel Econ with the highest total?
Here's my entry, though I'll have to get one tomorrow in the light so it is easier to read. This one is 60mph with AVG ECON at 64.3
Total score: 124.3
Rules: 1. NO PHOTOCHOPPING! 2. You may not die or have a major crash causing the deaths of others while setting up and taking the shot. Fender benders with Prius' are okay.
Good luck! Have fun!

Damn! That woulda been a good one - but it doesn't count. You were passing Baker? The Afton Canyon exit was right there! VERY cool wheeling to be had from there.
C'mon - take another one......get the speed AND AVG ECON showing.
Sean
ps - please don't die doing it.

I was just thinking about that pic I posted.
What other 4x4s would you trust to run Golden Spike, Tater Salad, Escalator, Hell's Gate etc. and then hit a ton on the highway on the way home?

Like ABSOLUTELY nothing else.

I actually think that I blew out two tires on a trailer on a moving van there.

I emailed DRTY a pic of my truck showing 99mpg on the way back from Moab with my camera phone.
DRTY, do you still have it?

Damn. I don't think I've ever seen that high. I once got happy when mine hit 16 mpg.

don't want to burst anyone's bubble but what's the point really?
Reset the average reading then lift your foot off the gas, take the photo...Even doing 90 the average reading for a moment will be 99mph
Sorry I've had a rotten day. just venting
