so another forum that i visit had the article about the hummer deal falling thru. they have been on a 2 day bash hummer fest. gets pretty old. some pretty funny though. here are some of the claims i thought id share with you guys
I've never owned one, but I've driven them, ridden in them, have friends co/workers that own them, and I just don't like them. You don't have any vehicles you don't like? They ride terrible, get bad gas mileage, and handle awful, but those are the obvious things. They have bad visibility out of those square windows. They're relatively small on the inside for the size of vehicle they are, and they have typical ****ty looking, poor fit and finish, poorly laid out General Motors interior that's destined to rattle. In the grand scheme of things, they have poor offroad capabilities, and they have poor, sluggish highway performance. Yeah...what's not to love
There are many other vehicles that are better looking, have better onroad, and offroad performance, have better designed interior with more room, and a better overall fit and finish, for considerably less money. I honestly don't see how anybody could call one practical. They're just a big worthless grocery getter that screams LOOK AT ME!!!!
Did I mention how terrible, uncofortable, and non-ergonomic the interior is? That's just some reasons to answer your question.
coming from a guy whos dd is a 69 fastback. not too practical to me
they started to talk about how they suck and get stuck "all the time" here were the pics they gave me for proof. note the 28 inch wheels and the z rated street tires
its always funny to me how people make assumptions on a vehical tehy have nerve owned or driven.
