Default questions about leveling

wheni leveled my truck it came out to about 23.75". one thing i noticed was that the tires pull inwards when you level it out? but not both. the driverside tire is in a little bit and the side wall is flush with the fender but in the pass side its about a 3/4 of an inch out. im running 285/75 Mtz tires and they always were wider then the fender but now when i leveled it out, the driver side is in. is that a problem?

I'm pretty sure that you're supposed to get alignment done after leveling
