Only when filled with gasoline. If it really bothers you, have Oprah sit in the passenger seat.

But then it would be leaning to the right

I'm not sure about the lean. However, my buddy and I have identically equipped H3's and we noticed that the driver side tires on both of our vehilces had 3 psi less air than the passenger side. What's also interesting is my vehicle has has been aired down and up for offroading while my buddy's vehicle has not. yet we have identical tire pressures.

Haven't noticed, but my driveway is not perfectly level so it's kind of hard to tell.

Notice where the gas tank is mounted, might explain this.

Yep, mine leans left also. It's really noticable from the rear. I measured at the center of the front wheels and the fender is 3/4" lower on the left. Both tires had 31 pounds at the time. Next time in I was going to ask the dealer to crank up the torsion bar on that side.

Wouldn't suggest that. If you crank up the front torsion bar, the raar will still be down, only the front will rise.
Not that you guys mention this, look at all GM trucks, they lean to the driver's side too.

Make sure you are on really flat ground. Mine always appeared that way in my garage, but that was because the front right tire was on a slight elevation. On level ground it seems to be alright.

mine always leans southwest on thursdays and when the dewpoint is less than 48 Degrees. I don't seem to notice any leaning when the moon is in it's third quarter. Any of you notice this too?

Hummmmmmmmmmmm, let me ponder this some more. I set the H3's compass last night to the proper zone so let's see if that takes care of the list.

Now that you guys mention it, I had a Searay cruiser that listed to the right whenever I filled the water tank.
