Default Tiny hole in Catalytic converter

Was letting the 2006 H3 warm up, it was 5 degres, and I noticed exhaust coming from the middle of the H3.
I crawled under. There is a tiny hole in the middle of the catalytic converter.
It is NOT a rust hole. Looks like a 1/8th drill bit size.
I am assuming this is normal. Anybody else notice thge hole?

Sure its not the muffler or the resonator as they both have drain holes for moisture. Cat should have no holes.

Normal, it is supposed to be there to drain the water. You're probably seeing the resonator and not the cat.
