I just wanted to share the terrible shopping experience I 've had so far with a company name Trailblazers/truckaddons.
I ordered from them, back in may, huskyliners for both front and back of the H2.
I received the wrong ones for the rear...I sent them back 3 months ago. Never heard from them since then!
I called and left voice mails 4 times. I sent 5 E mail being more and more upset, as you can imagine. Nobody never, ever got back to me so far!
Today , I tried to call them again : voice mail!
I then called their sales department and, of course, somebody answered me, ready to sell me some more parts. When I told him my story he just put me throught the return's department voice mail!!!He did not even bother let me finished!!!
What do you recommend I should do at that point?
Did anybody had to cope with that Company?
Thank you
Phil

Phil,

If you used a credit card, you should call them and dispute the charge. They will immediately credit you back the money, and yank it from the company's bank account. Some credit card companies have time policies like 3 or 6 months from transaction date, so I would call them immediately. Remember your credit card company works for you, so they should do everything to keep your business, which I am sure they will.

Kevin is right. But I think Phil "wishes" he paid by credit card...am I right? I got a bad feeling you paid by check or money order.

Was it an Internet buy? Or can you drive there and confront them? I'm sure you'll get it replaced. Some companies are just slow.

Phil, Some debit cards fall into the catagory of a visa or mastercard so you may be protected buy there fraud protection. I had a $300 charge on my debit card over two months ago that I did not make. The bank removed the charge right away. I hope this helps a bit. If there is anything I can do for you further drop me a line. BIG-C
