Stuck power seat?

I had to move my passenger seat all the way foward, when I try and move it back only one side will go? The seat starts to twist and the motor sounds strained. Is there a motor for each track that moves it forward and back?

no one motor powers forward and back, under the seat you will see clevis type
anchors on screws in both sides of seat track sometimes they will get jammed
up. if you can get the seat out you might be able to get loose and working again
if not it will need a new seat track assembly.
