Default 22" WELD Wheel Offset question

I bought used 22" Weld Evo Slingblades and am trying to determine the offset. I went on their web site and they indicate two offsets, either 22 or 35. The 22 mm offset is for the H2's. In case I got the wrong offset, what might happen? I'm going with 325/50-22's whish is the same height as the stock tires. I can't see how under 10 mm's will crete any rubbing or?

In fact, I'm sure the DRIV NT-2's I have on now are the wrong offset as they stick out about an inch from the fender lip. I get no rub and besides, I like that look. My only concern is that the higher positive offset will make the wheel tuck under to the point that it rubs.

Please advise.

Default Re: 22" WELD Wheel Offset question

Yes a more positive offset will push the wheels closer to each other.

And the difference between 22 and 35 is 13 NOT less than 10. It is potentially enough to rub when your wheels are at full lock (especially off-road) in front and to snap off your height sensors if you have air suspension in the rear. I am not saying that this will happen to you because I don't know for sure and there are variations from one truck to the next, but I would procede with extreme caution.
