Re: Interco TrXus Mud Terrain ?
Those in that picture sure look like SuperSwamper SSR's to me.

BTW, they suck. They never balance out well and they wear really fast.
Truxus tires I have heard do not wear well either. I don't know about the balancing though. I stay 100% away from swampers. I have had many sets. Get some Toyo's or some Nitto's. You will be 100% happier, I PROMISE!

Re: Interco TrXus Mud Terrain ?
The Trxus actually does wear very well. They are very comparable to a Toyo MT. They might not wear quite as well but are still very good. I had them on a 2001 Dually and liked the ride and looks. I'd still go with Toyos but the Trxus is not bad at all.
They're waaaay better than the other Swampers, btw.

Re: Interco TrXus Mud Terrain ?
I had these tires on my dodge and I can tell you. I will never waste my money on a set of swamper brand tires agian. Unless they will be for mud where I wont worry about balance. Also, I have never seen a round swamper tire either. they are always lob sided. Its impossible to balance too. But, I do say that they look cool

Cooper STT's. Good in mud, good on road. Loud at first but they quiet down after the first 2000 miles.

Re: Interco TrXus Mud Terrain ?
I had a set of TSL SSR radials. They were a great tire and you only got a slight highway humm even at 75mph . Granted it was not on my hummer but my montero sport but I would like to get them and try'em on the beast to see how they are.

I had the MTs. I put them on in late '04, I think it was. It was before I sold it and bought the H2. I forget how many miles I put on them. I orignally used them because they came in a 255/85/16 which looked really good on the dually.
They are very unlike other Swampers as far as balance, wear, etc.
I like the Toyo MTs better because they tend to be more squared looking. But, the Trxus is not bad and not deserving of the Swamper reputation.
