Service Problems at Hummer Dealer in Louisville, KY
Hi all. I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I am trying to find out how I can contact a Hummer representative about the service dept at the only Hummer dealer in the Louisville area (Bachman Hummer). I purchased my vehicle from them and the sales was great the service department has sucked.
Originally I took my H3 to the dealer to have the jack replaced, rear washer motor, "Roof Rails replaced" and the bottom cushion on the drivers seat as it had started to come apart. They call me and tell my they have replaced the parts and they also had to order a new drivers door panel as they damaged it while replacing my seat. I was like uh ok. So I pick it up and then I notice that they didnt replace the cracked roof rails just the A pilars. Also, they broke the plastic piece on the bottom of the seat. So I take it back to them last week and when I go to pick it up I noticed they had damaged the new door panel, took the paint off of where it meets the door threshold so needless to say I am mad at this point. I make them pick it up at my office and they bring it back to me and they have put used parts on it and they have taken a chunk out of the black plastic threshold and they accuse me of doing it and damaging my paint and again want to put a used part on my trim. Finally after refusing to accept anything less they agree to order new trim pieces and will call me when they come it. ( I am almost wanting to install myself.) Then yesterday a piece came off the roof rails luckily I was able to retrieve it.
Sorry this is so long winded. Anyone know who I can call at Hummer/GM? I really dont think the dealer has a clue what they are doing. Then next closes dealer is in Indianapolis or Cincinnatti.
Thanks..
