I understand the example of spinning a two liter bottle and getting it to drain faster and more smoothly than just turning it upside down... so does the Vortex Valve (<--linked) really work? or is it only going to make your wallet lighter?

I think it it worked, GM and all the other car makers would be all over it.
They spend millions trying to eek out an extra tenth of a mpg...
It they could put in that part, which looks like it costs 12 cents, an get those results... I am sure they would do it.

Next comment:
I have a supercharger.
Supercharger also gets more air into the engine... just like the vegetable chopper cliams to do (oops did say that?).
My supercharger does not increase my milage... because I wind up with my foot deep into the gas a lot more often, because its fun!

They are a huge sponsor of The Fuel Show <-- linked
So I hear the ads a lot and was wondering if this was better than the other snake oil products out there.

You know, it might work. I just haven't tried it.
I used to think synthetic motor oil claims were a myth... until I tried using synthetics... now I won't go back...

Even "Throttle Body Spacers" from reputable companies like www.airraid.com do not work. Believe me, I've tried on my Yukon and Tundra. No difference except an annoying high pitched noise.

And it's such a cool name: "Vortex Valve." It'd look great as an addition in my signature line.
Another pointless PAD
