Hi guys... We just had a 49 degree day in sunny Buffalo. I decided to clean the garage in anticipation of spring. I bought the Mid American flooring before winter. At the time, no one had any feedback on how it would withstand salt and road grime from parking on it during winter.

It was a mess, but a hose and mop cleaned it up like new. I recommend it for anyone who is looking to spruce up the garage. Enjoy the picks and it is almost time for my Z to come out of Hybernation. Had to clean the SUT too...

I like the looks but have questions.

How difficult was it to cut around corners?
Are the tiles hard or rather soft?
Does your toobox roll easily across it?

I cut the corners with a table saw.
The tiles are hard.
Yes, the tool box rolls easily.

I prefer this flooring because of the small holes in it. Dirt goes under the floring and then washes out when I wash the floor, or when I wash the car on top of it. Because the dirt falls into the holes, you don't track it into the cars.

ALso, when I move, this floor is coming with me.

Is it slippery when it gets wet? I coated mine with aircraft hangar grade epoxy and its death when wet.

Nope, not reallu slippery. Probally cause of the holes and the water draining.

So the water and dirt just sit there under the tiles??? I think I'd prefer to put down some industrial quality enamel.

How are the tiles held in place if water and dirt go under them?

I will try to get some close up picks by tomorrow.

The product is sold my Mid America Motorsports Corvette parts.

The tiles will not move once they are down because of the surface area they cover and the weight of them.

You can if you want to unsnap them to clean under them, lets say if you spill oil. about once a month I wash my car on them just to clean them up.

As far as the bubble, when I was shopping for a car cover, they were 2-300 for a good one. I figured I would spend 400 for the bubble. There is a filter and I belive a 5 inch fan that supplies constant air flow to the bag.

I live in Buffalo, so I store the car for 5 months because of snow. I don't have to worry about rodents making nests under the car. I also get to look at it, instead of it being covered...

Hey bubble boy,

Are you friends with Micheal?

Just kidding. Sweet cover for the Vette. Can you supply the product name for it?

Sweet set-up bro. All you really need now is a draft beer dispenser and your garage would be puss.
