Re: Rancho Lift
Schweeeeet Tim!!! Can't wait to see it in person when you come to my house to deliver the Rhino-ed grill.
What are you going to do about a garage? Gonna raise your door another panel? Leave it outside? Move to Evergreen?
P.S.
Please stay off my fire roads. These roads are for professionally trained drivers only.

HAHA!
There is no possible way this will fit in the garage..even with one pannel added. I still have to measure it.
Evergreen is looking good.
your grill should be done soon. I had it plasticoated yerrow. There will be no charge for the grill. The bad nes is you have to buy my TImgco Limited Edition Lightbar for $700 to get it.

Why not? I'm assuming a panel is about 18". You added 4 with the lift and another 2 with the tire. What am I missing?

It's not a true 4" kit. It is marketed as a 4" kit, but actual height in the front was higher. Before I was just short of 83" with 37's and the stealth rack. No i sit at 88" at the talles point. My door height was at 84" without the rubber flap and just made it in.
the door panel cannot be added to my garage due to the header behind it. My garage door clears the header by about 2" now.
Evergreen looks like the better option anyhow. No HOA were we are looking. Plus once your garage is done, i planned on parking in your garage for the time being anyhow.

Re: Rancho Lift
Questions, questions I have so many questions. First, It Looks Great!!
I am seriously considering doing the same thing to my 06, but cannot make up my mind.
1. Did the ride stay the same?
2. Is there much body roll in turns?
3. How much over 4" was the front lift?
4. Was the back a true 4" lift.
5. What is the height currently at top of bumpers front (top of plastic end cap)and rear?
6. With 37" tires what was the over gain in height?
7. Did you do anything other that purchase the lift and replace shocks?
8. How Much $.
9. Are you pleased with the rancho lift?
10. Once aligned did it track straight?
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!!

That would be great. I need an experimental rig for prototype testing.

Re: Rancho Lift
Hey Tim...
Are the H2 emblems on your doors black instead of chrome? If so, did you by them or make them? If you bought them, where did you get them?
The truck looks great! Thanks for any help...

Duplicolor bed liner spray. scuff them up, tape them off by using carboard from a soda case and masking tape, than newspaper and more tape. I used four coats.
ALmost forgot. KenP's idea!!!!! He deserves the credit there.

That's funny, Tim. I was reading it thinking, "Cool, he did it the same way I did."
