Default Crazy Idea involving rear mounted tires

Would never happen, and would be really crazy, But imagine if they came up with something that when you drove the rear mounted wheel spun and when you stopped it stopped. I know i would get some twisted design rims so it hypnotizes people!!! Just a crazy idea, what do you guys think about it?

Like a spinner, except just on the mounted wheel? It would have to be chrome so the people could get mesmerized watching themselves in your wheel while at a red light.

How about not spinning the wheel but instead spinning the H3 while at a stop light.

Leave him alone, he might start to display paranoia.

I guess it would be "Trick my Truck" kinda cool, but the wheel is positioned so that it would not get the correct momentum to do it on it's own. You would prolly have to use a power source and those wheels are pretty heavy, or you could just do the rim, but the wiring and engineering suck that would go into it outweighs any possible coolness IMO.
