Wellllll. My girlfriend refused to ride with me on account of the mud spatters so I took a ride through the gas station car wash. Under the mud I discovered my first trail damage. Apparently all my run ins with trees on the side of the trail did not treat my passenger side paint job too kindly. I'm not angry about it, but if I'm gonna have trail damage I at least want some giant dings and dents so I can make up good stories about them rather that just tell people I brushed past trees. So now my first investment is some magnetic shields to prevent that from happening again.

Reviving an old post...

SirFer, you still around? Still got he H2?

That's the difference between 'trail damage' and 'street damage'...I never repair trail damage (as far as it effects appearance), but I would take it to the shop in a heartbeat to fix some 'street damage.'

Trail damage is like battle scars...war paint...lol.
