Need some information please....

Thank you everybody for all the help so far. I have honestly gone and read all the back pages all the way to 92 so far. I have also searched and read all I can find on tires. I now know a lot of different brands and how to convert sizes....

I have really researched on line and made a few calls: but in most all the threads there is no mention of price. Being a female, I am on a mission to get the best for the buck. The best deal I have gotten quoted is $399.29 (mounted and balanced) each for the Toyo M/T (325/60/20)

I live in a very rural area where pavement is a dream...so when it does rain (no snow here) it is a hard drive. (Had a BAD rainstorm in June and was lucky I didn't kill myself in the '06 Durango...traded it in a week later) But most of the driving is hwy, to and from work. That is why I was thinking M/T vs. A/T .

So, from what I have read, the Toyo are great on and off road....but I truly like the looks of the M/T.

Ok..so the main questions are:

A) Is the $399.29 a good price? or is there somewhere out there in this internet industry a "H2" discount?

B) Are the BFG's a better tire? So far they are more expensive from what I have found....

C) Is there something cheaper and just as good? or better?

i guess that is a decent price, i am running bfg m/t km2's mine ran about 530$ a tire but they are 37's and are on 20's. You could prolly get them alot cheaper if u are running stock rims and tire height. also since the km2's came out the price of the km's may have droped so maybe look into that. As for toyos i hear they are good tires but i dislike the look of them, plus every lifted truck around here either runs toyo mt's or nitto grappelers, im the only person i have seen with the bfg km2's in town. As for ice roads i have no clue because im in louisiana so we have none of that, but i can tell you the km2's are great in the mud.

Yeah...that's about right...for the size and rim config...

I've got the Toyo A/T and they handle great in wet sand, wet roads and rocky terrian...

Check out the Cooper Discoverer STT's, I like them, good tire for on and off road. Pretty resonably priced.

I have the Toyo M/T's and love them. They are not as loud as others made for the same purpose, and they look great and handle very well....esp. in Florida sand.

Went and looked at the Cooper ones and they are only about $35 cheaper..so I think for the price I will stay with the Toyos. Any other ideas?
