Is tinting the windshield like that legal in CA? I saw that a lot in the Bahamas, but didn't think it would be legal in the US. Hell, I thought in CA you couldn't even have a suction cup holder for your portable nav on the windshield.

Good looking ride! I'd much rather see an entire front windshield tinted instead of partial, especially where patrol police are aggressive (California, AZ, NY, etc...) Partial tints like that are easy to pick out. I have 2 of my 5 vehicles with light windshield tints and it's very affective in keeping the car cool, but it doesn't stand out enough for cops to give me a second look...so I think!

warning: be aware of the "BlackOut" fan boys. I'm sure they'll be chimming in with comments like:
"get rid of all the chrome"
"black it out"
"wheels too big"
"black black black...yada yada...wopti wooo, blah blah"
....and a few other non-original remarks!
