No I have the rear camera with my nav dvd.
I thought this is a good alternitive to the higher priced ones. Also you could run the wire up and out the center vent and velcro it atop the hazzard button between vents. Easy do it yourself install.I was thinking of doing that before I got the nav.

2.5" screen sounds pretty small. May be ok for younger folks, but I'm not sure I'd be able to see it.

I may cut into my beer budget and get one just to see.

Sounds like an inexpensive experiment at this point. Maybe somebody will actually try one. Yea 2.5" monitor is a bit small.

I've got a Hitchcam with a 3.5" color monitor and that works well. Cost was $1100 installed at dealer. I just took it in for a oil change and they installed it that day. No fancy wiring other than a video cable, plug and play for dealer (yea at a nice profit of course, but it works). Since I didn't want NAV and I liked my Monsoon system as-is, this was a proven solution that works for sure.

I installed it on my h2. It does not have the reverse feed. So, it is exactly opposite of what you see thru your rear view mirror. The small monitor does allow you to switch but it is soooo small. I ended up buying a 7 inch touch screen and hooking it up there. I was using that touch screen for my car pc anyway.

Oh, I didn't pay $140.00. I think I paid something like $80.00.
It isn't really wide enough but good enough for what I paid for...

That looks much better but the H3 does not have a key-hole on the back door? Where could I mount the camera?
