Default Factory Nav wires??

Im about to install my AVIC-D3 and BTB-200. I pulled my factory nav out and realized there is a group of wires that i didnt know about. I already have the PAC OS2 Bose.

Do i need to find were it goes and unplug it????

Those wires are not factory, I suspect you have some kind of video input set-up. You could pop the cover and see where they go.
That sensor is the dusk sensor that turns your headlights on at night not the antenna. The antenna is under the dash cap closer to the window, bolted to a plastic bracket, it "sees" through the plastic.
