In case anyone is wondering, I called Hypertech and am running the following.

87 fuel
(1 to 2) +3mph
(2 to 3) +4mph
(3 to 4) +5mph

top speed 128 mph
rev limiter 6100
shift firmness set hard

This was a huge improvement.

Domn't really know if it's any faster, but it feels a lot more fun to drive now!

My PCM was programmed by Breathless, so I can't speak to how they set it up, but it was one helluva a difference. I do have a HPP3 on my Denali and have it set to 92 octance, 128 mph top speed, shift firmness hard, rev limiter 6100 rpm, 1-2 2+, 2-3 8+, and 3-4 10+. This causes it to shift at about 6k every time and pull hard to each shift. Seems like your setting are good, but you might want to look at raising your 2-3 shift point.
