Default Level Lifting a 2

Hey all,
There was a thread (may on here on maybe it was on another forum) where torsion keys and spacers were discussed in lifting a H2.
The thing is I had thought I saved the page but I guess I didnt.
Basically the end of the threasd I believe someone had completely researched out a 2.5" torsion key lift in the front and a 3" spring and spacer/puck lift in the rear.
I was wondering if any one know of this thread of knew of the parts that were needed and where to get them.
Thanks
