On a 2003 model year that is a M6 X 1 X 10 Half Dog Point set screw with a T15 torx end.

Good luck in your search. The T15 torx is not required, you can use a normal allen head set screw but you do need the half dog point type. You might have better luck at a regular hardware store (Ace, True Value or even a TSC for example) versus Home Depot, FYI

P.S. It could have fell all the way down (if you are real lucky) and if you pull the carpeted plastic console side panels away from the carpet you just may find it, again, if you are lucky.
