THANKS FOR THE PHOTOS, these are what I have been waiting for.
Now I know I don't want to paint my grill to black.

Thanks much for the pics. That's what's cool about this Forum. You can post pics. I just hope Jason doesn't run out of space.

Nice! I like it, although I think the black grill and wheels would look best on the red and yellow hummers.

DAMNIT!!!! They stole my idea!!! How do I get royalties out of them? Thanks for the pics. I can't wait to pick up my H2 and start on that project. Hopefully Friday.
Which dealer is that?

The truck is from Bergstrom, up in WI. They have the first GM Prototype H2 dealership. This place has the test track right on site. The truck really looks different in person. I wouldn't ever do this to my truck but I have heard some people say that it looks way better then a stock H2. I also think that you can buy everything seperate from them. Just ask for Matt, he is the parts manager, he most likely answer any questions better then I can.

okay I have to be the oddball and say that I actually like the black grill but those black rims are.....
cccaaaaaccckkkkkk....(insert hairball sound effect here)
well...ugly.
That yellar one in the back looks good with the grill painted black.
It does not look that bad but I HATE anything on wheels/rims that resembles brake dust/grime.
Thanks for the photos. They are great!
It would be nice if the H2s came with grilles that you could change out like the panels on the dishwasher when you redecorate.

Hummer H2, do you have the web site or phone numbers of this dealer? I may want to give them a call to check the prices.
Frankly I think the chrome grill looks too much like a jeep, surprised Hummer actual won that law suit by DCX(Diamler Cryslar). I mistakened some on-coming Jeep Grand Cherokees as Hummers, until they got closer. I am not so sure I will risk changing the grill to black yet. Surprised fellow H2Os actually like it.
Those black wheels are UGLY, look dirty.

It looks like the bottom 3Rd of the doors are painted out also. Might as well armour coat the whole thing and go play.

MAC the cost for the full package is $5000. I don't know about individually. I'm not sure that they have any H2's on their website, but you can check it out @ www.bergstromauto.com they have 14 dealership total. There number is 414-434-5000 if you wanted to give them a call. Just ask for Matt and he will take good care of you.

Thanks for the pictures, I was about to go through the process of doing some PhotShop alterations to see what black looks like.
I'm not sure if I like the black grill, so I'll stick with the chrome look.
I do remember early renditions of the H2 hinting that the base model would come with this type of grill. Hummer obviously changed that thinking and went with chrome appearance regardless of overall trim level.

Black grill is still an option but I want to wait until I see one in person. Maybe SJ can do it first, I will drive over to take a look. My Hummer is all black, chrome does add a little touch. If all black including the grill, may look like one of those teenager home made job. Can't see in the photos, is it mat black or black chrome?

In my opinion, that would look GREAT! Sinister.
