Zooooooondaaaaag !! Suuuuuundaaaaaaay !
  Yep , Frenzy's still alive and kickin' ! Mothersday in Belgium, so I'm not gonna beat up misses Frenzy today 
Just kiddin', wife beaters must be shot at sight !
Gave my wife 2 bottles of perfume and a bra  Kids made presents in school and I just went to get breakfast.
Later we're going to my parents place for lunch and since the weather's great, we're gonna take a swim in their pool.

Well.......... I got my wife a 8 3/4 magna ported stainless 44 magnum ..
and guess what . She liked it ...........Now thats love............

Cooked for my MOMMIE...she didn't want to go out so I made 2 Roast Ducks on the BBQ with a homemade Orange/Blueberry Glaze, Fresh Baked Sweet Potatoes (cooked for 90 minutes on the grill) didn't need any brown sugar or butter for these babies...A very fancy Spinach Salad with Red Onions, Tomatoes, Baby Carrots, a little Kosher Salami, Aged Chedder and a Homemade Vinigarette Dressing of EVOO, Lemon Juice, Brown Mustard, Minced Fresh Garlic, Minced Fresh Onion and a very small amount of Kosher Salami minced very fine...Let the vinigarette marinate together for about 2 hours wisking every 10 minutes...
For dessert I made Baked Stuffed Apples...Used Fuji apples this time, washed and cored...the stuffing was made from chopped raisens, chopped walnuts, fresh blueberries, honey, ground ginger and cinniman with about 1/4 cup of water and 1/8 cup of lemon juice...let the stuffing simmer for about 45 minutes, cooled & then stuffed the apples and baked at 350 f for 40 minutes...
Made her VERY HAPPY ...!!!

My brother got dibs on Sunday so we took the moms out to dinner Friday night and gave them gifts. They had a wonderful time. Sunday we went to see Star Trek. It was awesome.
