Default Brake pedal pulse

When I push on the brake pedal quickly I get what I can best describe as a one time bounce or pulse or kickback from the pedal.

Is this normal?

Mine has done the same since day one. I don't know if it should be considered "normal" but I have always been able to stop when needed. It seems like it only does it shortly after I start out driving the truck after it sets for some time ?

Just looked at the owners manual and it says "When you start your engine and drive away your anti-lock brake system will check itself. You may hear a momentary motor or clicking noise while this test is going on. This is normal." I wonder if that is what I am getting but feeling it in the pedal ?

I know exactly the anti lock brake check/click/pedal bounce you're talking about.... My infinity does that and so does my mdx.

Funny I haven noticed this on the hummer .....YET.

My pedal was doing this after a few miles of driving, and I could make it happpen over and over and over.....Definately not the antilock brake check.
