Default alignment info

hello everyone!

posted questions regarding alignment info for my RHD 07H3 ADV couple of days back but got no replies, not surprised since there probably are'nt many out there yet!
i have received my bilstein cognito shocks and want to put them on asap but i dont know what alignment settings to use.have e mailed cognito and there reply was"factory settings".
my question is this:why do the settings i found as factory updated in 06 are different to what truxx recommends for there kit?i assumed they would be the same since both level the truck, increase hight to 24.25".
i imagine what i should do is use the no's recommended for the left on the right and vice versa!do you think this is correct?
pls advice!

also have ordered MT ATZ 305/70/16 for the factory wheels since i liked the look of them and cos i am planning on ordering another set of wheels for offroading.
does anyone have these tyres fitted on there truck?if so what do you think of them?any photos of an H3 with them on would be nice!
thanks for your replies so far!

The shocks themselves won't provide lift. They are meant to be used if you raise the front end by cranking the torsion bars.

can you pls explain to me why truxx recommends different settings to the factory ones?
i assumed they both(truxx/cognito)result to the same thing,ie cranking T bars and lifting the front to 24.25"
also are the settings above the updated factory specs?
thanks again!

I dont know why truxx would recommend different specs than factory, as far as i know these are the latest specs available. Got them straight from our online service manual and have not seen any updates or bulletins.
