Default Seat Problem Please help

HI
I am new here. I just bought my hummer h2 and love it. But my driver seat it not working right the fwd/rev and up/down have reversed there direction. And than some time it will not move at all. I have been reading on the forumbabout people having theres reprogramed or would i need to get a new memory seat module? thanks

Do not replace the memory seat module or switch the wiring at the Power Seat Switch. A software anomaly exists with the memory seat module. Reprogram the driver seat module with updated software in Bulletin # 04-08-50-016B to resolve this concern.

Ok I did this...Could not reprogram the seat module...So now what...??? GM told me that my seat is locked and cannot be unlocked...Must buy a New seat module...Yea...
