So I'm at the Seattle airport last night ( flew in on business ) and I go to pickup my rental...i typically rent fullsize vehicles but because i travel so often, I can almost always get pick of the litter....as I'm walking up to the Prefered counter...I see an H3...

So HELL...I want THAT as my rental...see if I like it any compared to my H2

I asked for it, and I get 'Sir, thats $99 per day'...

I couldn't believe it...I told her that was INSANE 'LADY MY H2 DOESNT EVEN COST THAT MUCH TO DRIVE PER DAY'

she didn't care...some special promotion and it couldnt be changed

she goes 'I'll put you in a trailblazer for the rate'

ugh...fine....'you can pretend its the H3'

I almost threw my elbow into her face...

anyway...walking through the parking lot to get my rental...a little annoyed....I noticed the parking lot was PACKED WITH H3s!!! I probably sas over a dozen of them

Damn good looking vehicles if I do say so myself...a little small...but damn good looking...i've seen a lot of pictures...but they sure look a lot better in person!

I drove one today and it was great. I figure we can catch one of the rentals at auction in the fall for thousands below retail.

dude...thats frightening...considering how I drive rental cars/trucks...i would NEVER EVER EVER buy a car from a Car Rental place...I could tell you stories that would make you laugh and cry at the same time...and those are just from this past trip to Seattle

I drove a red Adventure series last week at Vic Alfonso Hummer and thought it was pretty damn good. Taking into consideration that it's not a race car, I thought it was more than adequate for running around the city. I'm looking forward to wheeling one.
