Wow. I've been looking for about 30 minutes and I can't figure out from the manual which fuse I've blown that is for the rear Power Plug (i.e., cigarette lighter). Anybody have any clue? I have an 06 SUT but they are probably the same in the 05's.

Undehood Fuse Block, Page 5-110, AUX PWR (Instrument panel outlets, rear cargo area power outlets, console)
Not sure if that's it but it appears to be the most likely suspect.
If no then, did it ever work? You sure you blew a fuse? Anything else not working?
