bad day
I know its not the end of the world but, I am sitting in my home office watching the plumbers jack hammer my living room floor looking for a major water leak. The leak is under the slab and is in a hot water line. All of my floors are hand scraped hardwood and all are ruined. That's 3000 square feet of hardwood ruined. Preliminary estimate 25,000 bucks. Homeowners insurance deductible is 1% of home value so I will be paying about half. CRAP! Hope your day is much better. Bring on the Saphire!! Maybe the Mavs will win and help my mood.

That Bites!
Looks like it's time to move into a Mobile Home
Easy access to all your pipes, and if you don't like your neighbors, Just roll it next to someone else!

Look on the bright side, at least you didn't catch something from a Lebanese prostitute 3 days ago.

It's tied right now, but either way, look at the bright side: you've got a $1.25 M house.

Re: bad day
Sorry about the leak, and thanks for reminding me to avoid buying homes built on slabs.

That sucks, ratesguy. At least you didn't lose much of your post count on the transition to the new forum.

Re: bad day
Day two, three more holes in the floor and they still have'nt found the leak. This sucks! No hot water today as the leak is in a hot water line, and the Mavs lost(although it was a great game). Must. Win. Friday.
