.... then GM sued Aventi saying that the Studebaker Xtreme Utility Vehicle was a knock off of the H2. The H2 was a knock off of the HUMVEE which was a knock off of the Lamborghini LM001 which had an AMC motor. The LM001s prototype AKA the Cheetah had a Chrysler motor.

I don't think Lamborghini ever sued anyone over it. I guess it's that whole imitation is the highest form of flatory... and obviously Lamborghini wasn't intimidated..... they're all good looking vehicles.
