Be careful of the place that installs the alarm. A friend of mine had a Viper installed a few years back. 2 days after the install he had a break-in attempt. I know the installer pretty well. He has done a few alarms for me in the past few years as well as some window tinting. I think he can be trusted.
He offered me a Spyder 5600 (not sure on the number).
It comes with remote start as well as a bunch of other features.
I googled Spyder alarms and came up with nothing.
Going to ask him about the Viper 5900 as he also handles Viper.
