Default Removing front plastic above bumper

I have a '06 SUT. I want to remove the plastic piece that surronds the DRL's and goes across the front under the mini grill. I'm planning on painting it with bed liner. Anyone know how to remove? Looks like the DRL's have to be taken off with a couple of bolts. Then it looks like the front piece is held onto the metal bumper with a couple of bolts under the round rubber pieces inserted into the plastic. If anyone has done this some guidance would be appreciated.

I think there are four bolts total. If you take off the skid plate you can get to them.
