Oil filter relocation kit

Anyone installed an oil filter relocation kit? I have always done my own oil changes on my vehicles and the first time I did the H2 I couldn't believe how messy and a PITA removing the oil filter was.

A relocation kit would make oil changes simple without getting oil all over everything. If anyone has a kit installed please post up some pics also!
