Guys,

I have the AirRaid system on my H2. Here's the dilema:

1) Purchase the Granatelli MAS for around $460,

2) Purchase the AirRaid Mass Intake Tube and Granatelli MAS for around $600, or

3) Purchase the Volant Cool Air Intake System for around $575

Most of the guys that I listen to on this forum feel that the Volant is a better all around system. $$$ wise, I'm better off switching to Volant, rather than add on to the AirRaid. Just wondering about actual performance if I add the MIT & MAs to the AirRaid.

I can testify that the Airraid cold air intake with the Granatelli MAF sensor is very nice. It works much better with the MAF sensor made for the cold air intake.

On the other hand, if I had to buy all of this stuff over again I would just get the complete Volant kit that comes with the tube and MAF from Volant.

You can get the MAF on ebay fro approx $300. Also, I paid less than $200 for my complete airraid cold intake kit. I got it from here http://www.autoanything.com/products/product_gnn.aspx?p...airaid_intake_system when they were having a sale and free shipping. Even at these low prices, the Volant would have been the smarter purchase.

You'll get no real noticeable increase from the MIT or the MAF upgrades. I have both. The Airaid cold air intake is just stupid because it is the opposite of that. You don't get more efficient than the stock H2 box with a higher flow filter.

All of these improvements might help at WOT but under typical driving, they don't offer any improvements.

Money is better spent on a programmer and even then don't expect a tremendous improvement.

Paragon, quit spreading you lies and BS. You can easily prove the M1T flows more air with test equipment. You have been proved as a liar in another thread, so quit misleading people.

YOU are the one with worthless posts. Just look at the trash and worthless crap you have posted! I am surprized this site allows this crap from your type!

No, I didn't say that you need an alignment from installing a wich. I said that the Heavy Duty winch bumper setups will cause town and camber to be off. I have proved my point and let you childhish jackoffs continue to play like little kids trying to intimidate on this forum. You are destructive to this forum and are a smartass to members whith your replies. Both you and Paragon do it and just because there are two of you does not deter me one bit.

I can admit that the DRTY bumper probably does not add much weight to the front and that none of the aftermarket setups may add that much weight. However, my previous experience with other vehicles had this problem, even on 1 ton trucks. This is my first H2 and was only trying to help someone.

It is so funny, how you jump in when Paragon just got proved to be liar. You have NO GROUND to stand on, except that you are taking up for a loser friend of yours.

It's also funny how you try to get people to leave this site. You act like it's your site or something! LOL, you are such the young little immature punk.

By jumping in and helping a proven liar, you have just proved what a POS you are!

Great, another useless member with useless offerings. This site seriously needs a moderator to clean up around here. Time to sweep out the trash.

First, as an unworthy noob, you really shouldn't be shooting your mouth off.
Second, making an enemy out of someone that has contributed more to this forum with 100 posts than you will with 2000.
Third, you really should read up on the person you're calling out. You might sprout a tail and tuck it between your legs after you figure out what you've done.

I hope that tomp has not been banned, because he needs to show the "proof" that Paragon is a liar that he keeps talking about, which can only come in the form of dyno charts (and I am sure he has them to back his big mouth up).

DRTY, unless you can offer an explanation of why Paragon is a LIAR, then you should STFU! Otherwise, you are just contributing to the problem group of this sites useless trolls.

How does that prove that he's lying??? And how does that prove your claims of greater performance? All I see is a bunch of paraphrased advertising claims from the manufacturer. The only real proof of increased performance is before and after dyno charts. Got any?
