OMG!! I DID see that a couple of times while I lived in Houston!!!! I had only been living in Houston 2 days and was walking out of a grocery store (Randall's to be exact ..lol) and a car was coming at me with the horns! I thought I was going to be gored!! ![EEK!](images/smilies/eek.gif) Funny pic.
