I know this has been discussed over and over but has anyone heard anything new on that slantback the govanator was driving??? Will they make that available, or will LEER or ARE come out with a cap??? Whats wrong with these guys dont they see theres a demand for that plus the money GM or the aftermarket guyys cold make???

I have personally spoken with the higher-ups at GM Accessories about the slantback attachment. It was made, prototypes and all, but there was no way to get it down to a reasonable price point for the perceived market. It would've been like $4000-$5000, so they scrapped it.

thats to bad, they should put some serious thought back into that. I called california gold products "calgold" cause they make slantback conversions for the H1 but they have no plans for the H2 There was recent talk lately that LEER was in the process of doing something??? It didnt take them long to make a cap for the Honda Ridgeline!!!
