Oil Filter threads 6.0
Anyone happen to know the thread size for the 6 liter. I'm coming up on another oil change and I'm tired of how messy it is with the filter being in a crappy spot so I'm wanting to relocate the oil filter.

There is no mess when Jiffy lube does it.
There are relocation kits available but then the hoses could get ripped off when offroading, which I know all hummers are used primarily for offroad use right.

^lol true, however using all -AN fittings and stainless braided hose should prevent any of that. I mean choosing an appropriate place for the relocate is obviously the first decision.

Kit has arrived and I'm due for an oil change. I plan on working on this tomorrow so we'll see how it goes. There is no where to mount the thing so I'll have to make a bracket or two but I'll have pics.
