Default Deepest snow?

I know winter's a few months away. I was wonderring what the deepest snow anyone's been through with their H3. I just got mine in July. Last year in NJ we had a big storm dumping over a foot and my former SUV (1999 Blazer) was OK but not good.
So far I LOVE my Hummer!

Base model, grey with Chrome nerf's (on order).
Check out the poll also:
Looking for the most popular / recommended bling add ons too!

Depends on whether the snow is powdery or wet & heavy(No Starlet Jones references).

If you have experience in either or both, your opinion would be appreciated.

last year in the MIchigan snow run there were several H3's riding with us and each of them had no troubles what so ever. The snow was icy / packed (wet) and was about 8-14" depending on where you were....

In powder its much easier to go through... in my H1 I start to struggle in powder that is over 24".... inclines at that depth tend to be rather tricky... but when theres slight packed snow beneath the powder then it drops down to where I am not plowing I am good so around 18 or so inches.... onces I start to plow the heavier snow it really slows me down.... I can't see how an H3 would be any different.... but powder is a ton of fun.....

Thanks phazer, I may get to test the water forging capability soon. Ernesto should be here shortly. What's the book say, 24 inches if water at 6MPH?

I went to work in 4 -5 inches of fresh unplowed snow in the Cascades last winter. Abolutely NO problem. No skid. No wriggle. No slip. No slide. Hope it REALLY snows in my neck of the woods this year! I can't ski any more, arthritis, but there was nearly 200 inches of snow on Snoqualmie Pass last year, in case any one wonders.
