Has anyone seen the neo ion ipod adapter. It seems very easy to install and defintely will sound much better than using a FM transmitter. There specs say it it compatible with the H3 and all you got to do is plug in the wire in the back of the radio into the CD changer port. Does anyoe know if there is definitely a CD changer port in the back of my base single CD radio?

YOu will actually be plugging into the 12 pin connector at the back of the radio. Also check out the USA spec ipod adaptor as it does a great job with playlists and text and also has another aux input.

Hey Mancil......I do know that the neo ion that I just bought will work with your Nav system. I just got it sent to me yesterday and they make this part especially for GM radios with XM and Nav. systems. Some of the other adapters that are out there you will lose the XM and other features but the Neo ion will work with all hummer h3 radios.....

I just picked up one from the car audio shop where my son works as an installer yesterday. Will put it in on Sunday and take pics for everyone to see.

This one is made by Peripheral, and is part #PXGM24. It had dual outlets for 2 seperate inputs.

I'm going to put it in the black H3, but once my wife notices, I'll be buying another one for the white one I'm sure

I will say that it's good to know someone in this situation, because they had it marked up ~300%.

hi, what makes you think this will work in the H3? the website I looked it up at doesn't list the H3 for compatibility.

2000-2005 GM Vehicles with Class-2 Data-bus radios (a.k.a. RDS radios). Connects to 24-pin radio harness. Provides two pairs of adjustable stereo inputs. Simple plug and play interface. Inputs selectable and displayed through factory radio.

And it worked on a 06 Colorado they worked on a few weeks back. I'm hoping you are wrong on this (no offense). Otherwise I'll take a step back and get the right stuff.

I was only curious.
I plan on getting the "21103 - Neo iOn Aux" adapter and installing it.

Hopefully it works as described.
