I have wanted to move to Vancouver for a few years now...just don't have the funds right now to do a big move. Maybe in another year or two.

I understood that alot of Canadian cities made the top 20.

What I didn't understand was no American city made the top 50??????

San Fran was #67 as top American city.....Fags.
