My power steering on my 03 H2 has been whining a bit for a while. Last time it was at the dealer, I asked them to fix this (re TSB: "Whine or Growl Noise from the Power Steering System"). They claimed it was normal.

Now it's not really bad; it just gets sort of loud when slow speed steering. How bad does it have to be before the dealer should honor the TSB?

I would just mention it again. If you're not satisfied, ask them to compare it with a new truck on the lot right in front of you.
