Default Question for Warn

Why don't you capitalize the "ti" for the Warn 9500ti winch?

You should have searched for the answer because Warn has discussed this. I'll answer it for this time so you can have your instant gratification by using Warn's own words:
Quote:
We at Warn understand that our winches make a nice, smooth sound which is why we don't capitalize the "ti". The definition of "ti" is as follows:
ti1 ( P ) Pronunciation Key (t)
n. Music
The seventh tone in the diatonic scale in solfeggio
Hope that helps you out, biker boy.

most alphabetically-based numerical suffixes are lowercase since fewer lowercase letters are confused with numerical values
