Default Piaa lights?

Hey, getting a couple of Piaa lights for front grill on my brush guard, what series is the best for that spot 510 or 520 and what bulb is the best to get just for a driving light when going down country roads? The Piaa sight is confusing on this so help and opinions would be appreciated. thanks and good will to all. Oh by the way my "Hybred Synergy Drive" sign/stickers I stuck on the H2 are hilarious. I'm even snickering right now thinking about it.

Umm.... ya know. I can't answer that for sure. But the stock lights aren't very small, so I would have to guess that the 520s would easily fit.

I'm not sure if your intentionally only considering the 510 and 520 or not. If not, I love my 580's. They're bigger, but they match the size of the headlights nicely. Plus they're very bright. Of course, they're probably more expensive. And I don't like the grids in the other models either.

If you go this route, get the driving lights. They're not to wide an angle and not too narrow. Aim them a little higher than your low beams. They're bright enough that if they're on, then you flip on your high beams you barely notice the high beams coming on.

I mounted mine on a Warn light bar. I'm not sure that they'll mount on the existing holes, but I think they'll fit. I included both front and side views of mine so you can see how they relate to the size of a double brushguard. They're rounded enough on the back that I bet they'll tuck between the lower and upper bars on the guard. The only issue I imagine would be bolt length, whether they'll reach through the brushguard bar (I don't know if you have holes in your bar or a clamp/tab). If that's a problem you could probably make some mounting tabs that would work.

thanks for all your answers, they were all helpful and I would love to buy your brackets but I am going to the stealership first to see if I can buy them seperate so I don't have to monkey with shipping and all that crap. But see if you can find those brackets because I'm sure after hearing the price they want for them at the stealership I'll crap my pants where I stand so I'll get back to you, thanks.

By the way Phil awesome looking truck, did you mount the grill lights on those brackets I need or just drill a hole through the guard pipe? I ordered the 520 smr's.

if you don't get something worked out on the light brackets, I have a couple either out in the shop or down in a barn, still have the stock Hummer fogs attached to them I'm sure.

Yes, they each have two tiny bolts that hold them and a large hole on top to bolt the light to.
