Default Vizualogic DVD Headrests??

Just recently bought a new H3 for my wife (we used to have an H2, hence the screen name)....

I was thinking about putting Vizualogic monitors in the headrests.

This is the company that makes the pre-equipped DVD headrests to match any car. We have the light Cashmere interior.

Can anyone give any feedback on these? Am I better off installing my own monitors? I recently purchased an extra set of OEM headrests off Ebay in case I want to go this route.

Dealer wants 2600 for Hummer DVD players. Not going to happen.

Thanks

Definitely go with the Viz. They have the best fit/finish out there and very good quality. If you can cut monitors into those headrests and make them look as good as the Viz, please send me your resume as I could definitley put you to work!! Make sure to buy from authorized retailer as there are many on the net that are not and you will have 0 warranty. I think Viz puts up an updated list of authorized webtailers if you are thinking of going that route.

If you get them, the install is very easy.

Great thank you.

I think I'm going to go for it. I may get the monitors with a seperate DVD player, because I'd prefer to have the player in the front and I'm a little freaked out about having all those moving parts in the headrest.

I was going to go with Tweeter. It sounds like the whole job with the headrests, DVD player and install will cost around 1200-1300.

I was worried that the Vizualogic headrests might not look factory, so I'm glad I got your advice.

We have Vizualogic in both headrests. They are a PERFECT match to our Ebony leather seats. You won't be sorry.
