HVAC & Rear wipers won't work!

Anyone have any idea's? I check the relay on the HVAC and it's fine. I also replaced the rear wiper fuse with a new one, but the old one was ok as well. The lights on the HVAC controls are lit up. Air will blow through the vents but it's just the standard air like when you get speed going. I've checked and neither the heat or air put out anything. I wonder if it has something to do with the blower? But that doesn't explain the rear wipers???? PLEASE help! It's Nebraska, I need Air and Heat in the same day!
