I need the part number for the steering stabilizer (shock) mounting bolt on a 2003 H2.

I already have the part number for the nut (3537772) but want to replace the bolt while I'm at it.

Any help would be great

Hey partsguy...

Thanks for the quick reply.

Maybe you can help on another item.

The repair manual calls for a special tool or two to remove the shock mounting stud. I called the GM parts place and they want $200.00 for these two parts. Anyway to get them cheaper?

Special tool numbers:

J 24319-B Universal steering Linkage Puller

I figure I get one of these at Napa.

J 29193 Steering linkage installer (12mm)

This is used to pull the mouning stud into the steering linkage.
