Default Larger Tires - final go round

I know that this subject has been talked near to death so this is it from me. I have looked at some nice Eagle Alloy rims ( 20 X10 ) series 064 and been advised that the best tires re quietness on road - the truck will spend the majority of time on the freeway - would be the Toyo Open Country A/T.
I intend to go for the 355/60/20 tire as I previously had the Nitto Terra Grabbers 325/60/20 on stock rims with no issues other than slight rub on torsion bar on near full lock, but they droned at higher speeds.
The offset on these Eagle rims are -21mm which on a 10" rim would give me just over 4" back space so I don't think there would be an issue with torsion bar rubbing and these tires are only marginally taller than the Nittos and although 1" wider overall, the actual width of the tread footprint on the Toyo's is only12.6" which I believe was slightly less than the Nitto 325's.
As I don't want to lift or level, I would be really grateful if anyone has experience and could advise me if they will rub on the inside front fender wells before I sign the check.
