My arbitration was two Wednesdays ago, as I had anounced, the decision hasn't been made yet. The arbitrator seemed to be completely on our side, seeing that a continuous leak is a manufacturer's defect.
The car was actually leaking after the 5th repair attempt. I had taken the car into the dealer for a sound coming from under the truck (a repair they had attempted a week before), and so the arbitrator couldn't inspect the vehicle during the hearing.
He ordered a technical expert to inspect the car, which he did this past Thursday. He accurately reported that a leak was still present. The arbitrator now has three days to make his decision. Wish me luck! (or bad luck to some of you that think I'm a greedy bastard)

If you're being straightforward, I wish you luck, you shouldn't have to keep brining it back.
However, I think the problem is probably you're dealer is an idiot, not a real problem with the truck.

Thanks.
Ya the West Covina dealership is very crappy. I have taken it into the Pasadena dealership as well, though.

Khiarr, it's pretty much unanimous among SoCal owners that Cerritos Hummer has the best master tech named Mike Sabarese. Fyi, I didn't buy mine there, but would not service anywhere else now..

Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, I can't go too far. West Covina was already a two hour drive each way, especially in traffic (which is always). Pasadena is the closest to me, I live in Glendale.
